Zoho Mail Lite active; nazem@truebuiltautomation.com added and inbound routing confirmed end-to-end via three test emails. Outbound “send as” not yet independently verified.

truebuiltautomation.com purchased via Namecheap, Order #213522356 (2026-09-08). Literal DNS/MX record values not independently checked; functional mail routing is indirect evidence they work.

TRUEBUILT — REVIEW CENTER exists and completed its first baseline Daily Review (2026-08-30), pulling from Gmail, Calendar, Drive, and chat history. Two accuracy errors were caught and corrected during the run.

Periodic access review is recommended but no cadence (monthly/quarterly) is approved yet.

20-table “Agency Operating System” base preserved as reference. Verification only required when migration needs it; data is not deleted.

Gated on: master knowledge readiness, connector verification, Review Center existing, one manual baseline review, gap assessment, and explicit Nazem approval. Review Center and one baseline review are done; scheduling approval is still pending.

Old TrueBuilt/Shakaa material remains in Drive. Archiving does not happen until current knowledge is migrated and dependencies checked. Archive is preferred over deletion.
