Recent confirmed progress
From 01_CONFIRMED_PROGRESS · last updated 2026-08-31.
Agency OS setup
New Claude Project TRUEBUILT — AGENCY OS is active with the 8-department / General Director / client-chat / Review Center architecture installed. All 8 department chats confirmed to exist as of 2026-08-30 — most are configuration-only so far; Sales has completed a full pipeline/PropCRM verification pass and Operations & Delivery completed the master-knowledge build.
Google connections
Google Drive, Gmail, and Google Calendar verified live and connected (account shakaa.auto@gmail.com). GitHub connection status: unknown — not yet tested.
Service portfolio baseline
Three active service lines: Workflow Automation (n8n), AI Chatbot / Support Agents, RPA (UiPath). Technology strategy is tool-agnostic. No pricing is attached to this baseline.
Custom TrueBuilt Agency OS
Target future system of record. Current production status is unknown/unverified. Paid deployment is not approved — Nazem does not want new paid infrastructure right now.
Review Center
TRUEBUILT — REVIEW CENTER exists and completed its first baseline Daily Review on 2026-08-30, pulling from live Gmail, Calendar, Drive and chat history. Automatic review scheduling remains deferred pending Nazem's approval.
Professional email & domain
truebuiltautomation.com purchased via Namecheap (2026-09-08); nazem@truebuiltautomation.com active on Zoho Mail Lite with inbound routing confirmed end-to-end. Outbound “send as” has not been independently verified yet.

Current company name is TrueBuilt Automation, superseding the earlier “Shakaa Automation” name.

Primary environment: one General Director chat, eight department chats, one Review Center, one dedicated chat per meaningful client, separate Claude Code projects for substantial technical builds.

Final service pricing model
No approved pricing exists. Historical prices were drafts only. Needs a pricing strategy based on scope, delivery effort, market evidence, and margins.
Service packaging
No Starter / Growth / Enterprise (or equivalent) package structure is approved yet. Needs real market/sales/delivery evidence first.
Primary target market / ICP
No final target vertical or ICP is approved. Historical real-estate activity is reported but not converted into an approved strategy.
Support / maintenance commercial model
No default retainer, SLA, included-hours model, or maintenance package is approved yet.
ROI / hours-saved measurement methodology
TrueBuilt must not invent time savings or ROI figures. A defensible baseline and measurement method is still needed.
Custom Agency OS paid deployment
No new paid infrastructure is currently approved. Production hosting purchase requires explicit Nazem approval.
KPI targets
Deferred due to insufficient baseline data. Arbitrary targets are not being set.
